The new Hybrid Mine Duty Primary Cleaner combines the best features of our Eraser MDP and Super Eraser HD into one heavy-duty cleaning system designed for demanding mining, aggregate, and bulk material handling applications.
Its unique dual-sided mainframe allows you to choose the blade style that best fits the application, without changing the cleaner.
Hybrid Mine Duty
Instead of stocking multiple cleaner models, you can now stock one mainframe and choose between two proven blade options.
Segmented Blade
- Accepts our 6″ segmented DXT blades (10.46″ tall)
- Ideal for crowned pulleys and varying belt widths
- Simplifies inventory by using the same blade segments across multiple belt sizes
Full-Length Blade
- Uses our 12″ patent-pending MDP blade
- Provides excellent cleaning performance for standard applications
