Bob Flood, Founder
Chairman & CEO
Bob Flood, founder of Argonics in 1993, is the current Chairman and CEO of our organization. Though no longer active in day-to-day operations, Bob continues to bring value to our business both at the board level and at the business level. His managerial insight and leadership mentoring have been pivotal in the training and preparation for the newer generation of the business leadership team. His many years of experience, long-term strategic thinking, entrepreneurial excellence, and guiding values and principles continue to provide stability and balance to our organization ensuring business continuity and success for years to come.
Justin Flood
Executive Vice President
Justin Flood is a dynamic force at Argonics. With a degree in International Business, he brings a global perspective to our company, leveraging his academic background to drive innovation and strategic growth. As the son of Argonics’ founder, Justin was immersed in the family business, working at Argonics during his early years. This hands-on experience provided him with a deep passion for the industry, fostering a lifelong commitment to surpassing our customer’s expectations.
Justin is devoted to fostering a culture of accountability within the company. He believes that by empowering our employees to take ownership of their roles and contributions, Argonics can achieve greater efficiency and success. This philosophy has not only enhanced internal operations but has also strengthened customer relationships and satisfaction.
