CURRENT OPENINGS
Production Associate

Reports To: Foreman

Job Status:

  • Hourly, Non-exempt
  • Work Hours: 6:00am – 4:30pm M-Th. Half-hour lunch. Two 15-minute breaks
  • Overtime, other days, hours, and shift work may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Meet the production schedule for their area
  • Minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Manufacture urethane parts per specifications and work instructions
  • Maintain the “Order, Organization, Cleanliness” of the factory
  • Maintain accurate paperwork
  • Follow all documented standard operating procedures.
  • Sign off on appropriate documentation as required.
  • Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling
  • Communicate information to and from relevant parties as required
  • Provide input for process and productivity improvements
  • Job responsibilities vary based on job assignment
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Capable of reading technical drawings
  • Proficient in the use of computers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must possess attention to detail, follow thru, and accuracy of tasks
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to wear nose and mouth coverings
