Our Deblinding Rods help prevent clogging or blinding on screens.
As the screen vibrates, the polyurethane arms flex, causing the cylindrical impact ends to bounce across the mesh. This prevents material from becoming clogged without damaging the screen.
Our Deblinding Rod system consists of four parts:
- Retension assembly that attaches the Deblinding Rod columns to the screen
- Four-way assembly that consists of 3 cylindrical wear pads
- Small and Large Ties that connect two or more columns of rods
The number of rows and columns needed is dependent on where blinding occurs on an individual screen.

Please note that our Deblinding Rods are not recommended for screens with a wire mesh diameter of less than 0.10″.
