Product description

The RTS polyurethane-free cleaner is perfect for difficult material or harsh environments. This system uses heavy-duty steel arms attached to a rugged tube stock mainframe. The 6″ tungsten-tipped blades use ROSTA tensioners, which allow the blades to flex with and maintain contact and pressure against the belt.

Requires little to no maintenance
6″ tungsten blades provide effective cleaning for wet, sticky, or challenging material
ROSTA tensioners in each arm provide consistent tension against the belt, yet allow them to flex to maintain contact
Compact mounting footprint only protrudes X” (127 mm) from mounting structure
Cleaning arm angle can be adjusted from 15° to 25°
Our first polyurethane-free cleaner, ideal for use in harsh environments
