Belt Tracking Disks
Our Belt Tracking Disks are designed to keep belts accurately aligned, minimizing premature wear and tear. Typically placed on rollers after the tail pulley or load zone, they ensure the belt stays centered, preventing material spillage and correcting alignment disruptions caused by load impact.
Belt Tracking Disks have an outside diameter of 9″ and are currently available to fit 4″ and 5″ rollers.

Molded from Argonics’ proprietary high-performance polyurethane, the Belt Thumper dislodges material buildup without damaging the belt — helping keep conveyors cleaner, safer, and more efficient.
Designed specifically for use on return idlers, the Belt Thumper is compatible with both 4″ and 5″ diameter rollers.
