Introducing the RTS – ROSTA Tungsten Secondary
The RTS is a robust tungsten secondary conveyor belt cleaning system, designed for challenging environments and tough materials.
The cleaner uses a series of 6″ wide arms, each equipped with a ROSTA tensioner to ensure consistent cleaning pressure against the belt.
Each arm is topped with a durable tungsten carbide tip, effectively removing carryback and minimizing downtime or cleanup.
Polyurethane-free cleaner
The RTS is polyurethane-free and can be used on belts with speeds up to 1000 fpm (5 m/s).
The mounting brackets rotate to allow front or side installation, depending on your application needs.
Please note that tungsten blades are recommended for use only on vulcanized conveyor belts.
