Eraser EST tungsten primary cleaner
Introducing our new cleaner: the Eraser EST, a tungsten primary cleaner designed to remove wet, sticky material.
The Eraser EST uses the same rugged mainframe as our Eraser HD cleaner, with a polyurethane/tungsten modular blade design. Each 6″ blade section slides onto the mainframe and uses a polyurethane holder with a strong steel frame capped with a tungsten edge.
These features make the Eraser EST an extended-life cleaner that holds up to tough materials.
Remove carryback efficiently!
The polyurethane holder allows the blade to flex with and maintain contact and pressure against the belt, ensuring effective cleaning.
The tungsten-tipped blades make the EST an ideal option for belt speeds up to 1000 fpm.
Please note that the Eraser EST is intended for use only on vulcanized conveyor belts.
